What is your Returns Policy?

There are three steps involved.

  1. Determine whether your item qualifies for a return.
  2. Deliver it to us
  3. Receive a refund or replacement of the product

Almost everything we sell can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of delivery, with only two exclusions. The exceptions are:

  • Customized Items personalized with a name, number, icon, emblem, or unique design.
  • Items purchased of the wrong size. We provide a size chart for each product to avoid size related mistakes.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency. We reserve our right to carefully inspect the product condition before we process your refund. Processing of refunds can usually take up to 5-10 days.

All returns shall be made at you own expense. We don’t provide a prepaid return label.

Does my product qualify for return?

Answering three questions is all it takes to determine whether your item is eligible for a return.

  • RECENCY: Was the product delivered within the last 20 days?
  • CONDITION: Are all elements of the product in their original, unused condition, devoid of any signs of modification, wear, or use? If returning apparel, is it still plain, without any name, number, or badge personalization?
  • COMPLETENESS: Do you have all of the original tags, badges, and other materials that came with the product? If the item received as a set, do you have all of the set’s components, including tops, bottoms, inserts, etc.?

If any of the aforesaid conditions is not met, your item doesn’t qualify for a return. We will not be able to process it and wouldn’t even be able to ship the item back to you. However if all conditions are satisfied, follow the steps below.

Steps for Return

  • Pack the items to be returned in its original packaging with all tags, brand marks intact.
  • Make a note of the return tracking number and the contents of the box. Keep it until all transactions are complete. When we get your returned item, you will be refunded.

What are the refund exceptions for purchases?” 1. We cannot offer exchange or refunds if the original packaging has been removed.

2. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund, for personalised and perishable goods.

3. Exchanges can not be made via a return to the Warehouse.

4. Sale items can be fully refunded by notifying us within 10 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us you will have 10 days to return the product to us.

In addition, please note that if for any reason a product is found to be faulty, we are committed to providing you with a prompt replacement.

Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

What are my cancellation rights?”

We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Order processing begins as soon as you place your order. We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it is placed.

However, you can cancel up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.

As well as our refunds policy, you also have a legal right to cancel your online purchase with us for any reason if you are a customer within the European Union. Although it’s legally called a “cancellation” right, you will still receive your order and need to return it.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days, without giving a reason, you will still receive your order and need to return it.

This right excludes personalised items.

This cancellation period of fourteen days starts with the day you or a person of your choice, who is not the deliverer, have/has received the goods.

In order to apply your legal right to cancel you need to contact us with a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail) and let us know about your decision to cancel this order.

In order to comply with the time limit, it is sufficient to post the cancellation notice before the fourteen days end.

You can cancel via the ‘Contact us’ page here. The best way to do this is to go to the “Email us” box and choose ‘I have a question about my order’ as the email subject. Complete all the details and please enter “Cancelling Order” in the ‘Subject’ box. Please give details of why you would like to cancel your order.

 

For other countries except the European Union order cancellation is not available.
Specifically we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

However, you may cancel your order, based on this process.
